The truth about viruses

For many years the real risk of cacthing a virus was negligible. That was before we connected our PCs to the Internet and opened the door to the world! Now the risk of catching computer viruses is very real and some good practice will keep you safe and secure:

Use a good Antivirus program like the one you can download from the menu on the left (AV Guard Free version). Don't pay for anything, the best are free!

Keep the virus database up to date by allowing the antivirus program to look for updates on the internet.

Be discriminate about where you surf, what you click on, and what you load onto your PC.
